Semantics of Business Vocabulary and Rules (SBVR) is the OMG's standard to write business requirements in some control natural language format. BPMN2SBVR tool uses SBVR as an intermediate tool to transform BPMN models of business requirements into their equivalent natural language representation.

There is a gap between technology developers and business stakeholders to understand business requirements. Technology developers specify business requirements in the form of graphical models using some tool e.g. BPMN whereas business stakeholders understand these requirements in their own natural language e.g. English. BPMN2SBVR is the tool to bridge this gap.
